Happy Full Moon in Aries Oct 2021 🐏♈

I'm back to celebrate the full moon in Aries that came in yesterday, but we're also experiencing it today as well :)

The first three cards up top are perfect and reflect full moon themes clearly. Therefore, I won't explain these 3 cards individually in depth. I will interpret what they express generally. A full moon is a time of clarity that shines a spotlight and illuminates what is and isn't working in our lives. It's definitely a time of learning from lessons and noticing them when reflecting upon recent events. When we connect to our boundaries and practice honoring them, we allow balance and harmony to flow. Now is the perfect time to practice your boundaries and integrate everything you've learned and the wisdom you've gathered.

I'm particularly excited because I'm reminded of when it was a *new* moon in Aries back in April. That marked the first time I started hosting virtual new moon circles this year! This was one of my desires and I was scared to begin. I'm proud of my devotion to the practice and to the connection and growth I've experienced with friends who've joined me 💗🙏.

I'm treating this now FULL MOON in Aries as a moment of celebration to reflect over everything I've learned and experienced from back in April up to this point in October.

I've come a longggg way. It's completion of a cycle. When you look back what was going on for you then? What were some of your goals and intentions? How have you progressed or made advancements? What have you learned and experienced since then?

Now after my lil tangent there, I will expand upon the last 2 cards.

Breath - We are invited to slow down and tune into our precious resource- breath. You don't even need to meditate. Just breathe. Observe it's presence attuning to your movement, emotion, and energy. You need it to be alive. Practice breathing mindfully. Deepen your breath and experience centered awareness that can help shift your perspective; when you shift the world inside you, you can change the world around you.

Cycles - When we follow or work with the lunar cycle or when we observe other natural cycles like death and rebirth, we find there's ebb and flow, expansion and contraction, a rise and fall. We have these cycles within ourselves too. It's important to key into our body and notice what emotions we feel. Do we feel tension? Stiffness, stuckness, or clutter? Is it time to move and make space? If you can't feel anything in particular you may be disconnected with your ability to self-regulate. Allow yourself to feel all emotions fully without resistance. Honoring all cycles and especially honoring our emotional cycles teach us lessons and give us wisdom.

Blessings and Abundance,

- T
